1. Entries per Club: Each participating club may submit any number of entries in KATA & KUMITE events, starting from the age of 4.
2. Event Format: KATA events will consist of 4 players, while KUMITE events will consist of 8 players, categorized according to age and Belt level.
3. Competition Rules: The Championship will be conducted in accordance with the Kerala Karate Association’s official competition rules.
4. Protective Equipment: All participants must bring their own protective gear including gloves, shin guards, body protector, mouth guard, and head guard.
5. KATA Performance: Only one KATA is to be performed. Competitors below brown belt may perform any KATA from the series: Junino, Taikyoku, Pinan, Heian, Fuki, or Gekisai.
6. Uniform Requirements: Participants must wear belts corresponding to their current rank.
7. Referee’s Decision: The referee's decision is final. No protests allowed.
8. Entry Fee: The entry fee is ₹1200 per participant.
9. Event Scheduling: Teams may choose their competition day when submitting applications.
10. Injury Disclaimer: The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any injuries during the Championship. First aid will be provided.
11. Accommodation: Teams must arrange their own stay. Only lunch is provided.
12. Age Proof: Players below 18 must bring an official age proof certificate.
13. Timely Arrival: Players must be present at least 30 minutes before their event.
14. Access to Competition Hall: Only Coaches and participants are allowed inside.
15. Entry Submission Deadline: Entries must be submitted by April 5, 2025. If full, registration may close early.
16. Registration Process: Entries must be submitted via the Kerala Olympic Association website.
17. Trophy for Highest Participation: The team with the most competitors will receive a trophy.
18. Overall Trophies: First, Second, and Third place teams will receive overall trophies based on total points.
